I turned 60 April 11. My girls each wrote me a poem about me and sent it via local guitar player which made me cry with joy.

Also most of all HAPPY EASTER JESUS has RISEN!!!!!!!!!!!

“Hi Pastor Gordon,

 Well these are the photos of my nephew and one of him with his parents.  Two years ago when you came to church you prayed for those who couldn’t have children and my sister was one of them, months after she became pregnant, they tried it for 3 years and nothing happen until you prayed for them. Even when she was doing delivery she had problems and had to do surgery for the baby to could be born, she stayed in the hospital for one week for the problems she was having, but now the kid is more than alive. This is her testimony. God Bless you and we all hope to see you soon.” 

Once again these things are happening because you are praying for us and sending offerings.

14 years ago I was walking down the street in L.A. Cali and I see this Mexican coming towards me. I stop him and tell him that he is a preacher in Mexico and that one day I will come and preach at his church.  I gave him my card which he still has to this day.  Well he is the pastor in the picture with Ramona and I and the Mexican flag.  How cool is this.

Praise the Lord.

Many of you have heard this story before  When I was 10 yrs old my mom took me to a revival meeting at the Mt. Olivet Mennonite church in Huron SD. When the evangelist got done with his serman he asked if there were people that would like to come forward and give there life to Jesus.

They sang JUST AS I AM WITHOUT ONE PLEA an old hymn they used years ago for people to come to Jesus.  My little heart was pounding like a train.  I had no idea what was going on with me.  I just hung on to that pew for dear life. And I did not go down to the alter that night.

The next day which was Monday my mom and I were making home made ice cream. While we took turns cranking the ice cream maker I told my mom what went on in church Sunday night. I  told her how my heart was pounding etc.  My mom said, Gordon God is calling you to give your heart to Him so right there around  the ice cream maker mom led me to Jesus.

Then she said Gordon I am going to take you to the church this Sunday evening for you to give your heart to Jesus publicly.  So that Sunday night I gave my heart to Jesus.  Thanks to a mom who knew Jesus and knew what to do.  So mom’s & dads keep training your children for Jesus sake.

Praise the Lord.

Many times after a service people will come up to me and ask me to pray for them. Last Dec 08 a lady in San Diego asked me to pray for her.  Then the spirit of prophecy kicked in and under the power of the Holy Spirit gave her a word that she would receive a raise.  I saw her in Jan 09 and she got a $1000.00 raise a month. That is $12,000.00 a year raise.

Thank you Jesus!

Why do I share this with you?? One it is under the spirit of prophecy, so when we testify of an answer of prayers the spirit of God empowers the testimony to be repeated in your life for the Glory of God. Study Revelation 19:10 So claim this for your life.
So if you need a job, promotion and raise claim what happened to this sister amen.  God is still on the throne and His Word has not changed.
