Hi Friends:About 8 years ago I met Pastor Netz. He had started a church in his house in CA. We had about 30 people in his home. I went to minister at his church one to two weekends a year. Then I introduced him to Pastor Paul Diaz of

Orlando, FLOrlando, FL

 

who had a working knowledge of the Government of 12. Pastor Paul helped Pastor Netz get this ministry started. Now pastor Netz has over 900 people on Sundays with many cells in the valley. People reaching people.On Sept 7th they gave me this plaque and it reads as follows:

Houses of Light G-12 Presents this plaque to Gordon Hofer in recognition of his loving contribution to edify and further the growth of this church since its foundation in 2000. Ephesians 4:11-13

This was given to me in front of the church just before I was to preach. It was hard to hold back the tears, it was a very touching moment one I shall never forget. Thank you Pastor Netz for this kind gesture of love. I shall never forget it.

?ía empezado una Iglesia en su casa en California. Tuvimos como unas 30 gentes en su casa. Yo voy y ministro a su iglesia alrededor de una o dos veces al año. El pastor Paul ayudó al pastor Netz a empezar su ministerio. Ahora el pastor Netz tiene más de 900 personas los domingos y con muchas células en el valle. La gente ganando gente. 

 

El 7 de septiembre me dieron una placa que dice así:Casas de Luz G-12 presenta esta placa a Gordon Hofer en reconocimiento a su amada contribución a edificar y crecimiento de esta Iglesia desde su fundación en el 2000.

 

Efesios 4:11-13. 

 

Congregación de Casas de Luz y sus pastores y fundadores Netz y Lourdes Gomez.Me lo dieron en frente de toda la iglesia antes de que predicara. Fue díficil no llorar, fué un momento conmovedor, uno que nunca olvidaré. Gracias pastor Netz por este gesto de amor que nunca olvidaré.

Praise the Lord.

 

We just finished a seven week tour of Mexico and FL. It was like none stop preaching just about every day. It was an exciting time in the Lord. I was so glad to have Ramona with me.  She preached and helped me pray around the alters.

Second picture is Pastor Robert Diaz dedicating a family and baby to Jesus. God bless this family.

Third picture is a church in Wellington, FL with Pastora Kati Cassiani. Many signs and wonders happened at that church. Many were filled with Holy Spirit and healed.

Fourth picture is a young gal by the name of Wendy.  In this past year her entire family came to Jesus.  Wendy got saved first and she begin to share Christ with them and they came to Jesus.  Also she is a great drummer for Jesus. Proud of you Wendy from Miamia.

Gloria a Dios.

Acabamos de pasar siete semanas ministrando en México y Florida. Predicamos sin parar. Fue un tiempo emocionante en el Señor. Estaba muy contento que Ramono estaba conmigo. Ella predicó y me ayudó a orar en el altar.

La tercera foto es una Iglesia en Wellington, FL con la Pastora Kati Cassiani. Muchas señales y maravillas pasaron en la Iglesia. Muchos fueron llenos del Espíritu Santo y sanados.

La cuarta foto es de una muchacha, Wendy. En el último año, su familia entera vino a Jesús. Wendy fue salva primero y empezó a compartir de Cristo con ellos y fueron salvos. Además de que es una gran baterista para Jesús. Muy orgulloso de ti Wendy de Miami.

Praise the Lord.

This past weekend we were in Tucson, AZ with Pastor Coto. I have been going to this church for the last 3 years once a year.

A couple of weeks ago Pastor led a young Iranian girl to Christ. Then a 1 week ago she brings her sister. Just this past Friday the girls bring there mom and she gets saved. Then on Saturday night the girls bring there boy friends and they get saved. Who would ever think that would happen in a spanish church in Tucson, AZ

Pastor’s let me encourage you to have your people bring the lost, because I believe this is a great time of harvest. People are looking for answers and security so get ready to see a bunch of new converts start coming to Christ. Eager to hear what you have to say.

Please pray for up coming election and please go and vote. Do not be lazy.

Also want to thank those who have given toward the trip to Mexico. We have not reached our goal of $4000.00 yet but I know we will.

Gloria a Dios.

 

Este pasado fin de semana, estabamos en Tucosn, AZ con el pastor Cota. Yo he predicado ahí los últimos 3 años una vez al año.

 

Hace algunas semanas, el pastor llevó a los pies de Cristo a una muchacha Iraní. Después de una semana trajó a su hermana. Este viernes pasado las muchachas trajeron a su mama y fué salva. Después el sábado por la noche, las muchachas trajeron a sus novios y tambié fueron salvos. Quien iba a pensar que esto iba a pasar en una iglesia hispana, en Tucson, AZ.

Pastores dejen les ánimo para que su gente traiga a los perdidos, porque yo creó que este es el tiempo de la cosecha. La gente esta buscando respuesas y seguridad, así que prepárese para ver un montón de gente venir a Cristo. Deseosos de escuchar lo que usted tiene que decir.

 

Por favor oré por las elecciones y vaya y vote. No sea flojo.

 

También quiero agradecer a aquellos que dieron para el viaje a México. No hemos alcanzado nuestra meta de $4,000.00, pero sé que lo lograremos.

Hi Dear Friends:

This morning as I was getting up the Lord spoke to me to write this to help people get a job.

A. Change Your Mind.

1. Eph 4: 17-24 Get the mind of Christ in your situation.

B. Here is the plan of the unemployed person.

1. GET UP !!! at 6:00 AM Shower and dressed
6:30 to 7:30 Prayer and Bible study
7:30 Breakfast and spiritual devotion with family
8:00 A.M. go look for work fill out applications follow all leads, knock on doors do not give up. YOU ARE IN A SPIRITUAL WARFARE.

2. During this time ask your pastor if there is something you can do for him, the church, old people in church, widows. Handicap etc free as unto the Lord from 1 PM till 5 PM give yourself to the Lord as a free will offering. ACT LIKE YOU GOT A JOB, BE CLEAN AND NEAT ALL THE TIME.

3. At 5:30 PM go home for dinner spend time with family, you being there with family will comfort them, go to church that night, only watch Christian TV, inspiring movies, books, anything that is going to build your faith. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LISTENING TO TRASH OR TRASHY PEOPLE.

C. Whatever your hand finds to do, do it. DO NOT BE LAZY.

1. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you; He has a perfect place of work for you. Shoot for the moon, its OK to just hit the stars.

2. Sometimes you got to do what you got to do. Here is just a list of jobs that I have done before my dream job came GOING TO THE NATIONS.
Milk cows, farm work, lawn work, selling clothes JC Penny, butchering cows bloody sinking work, security guard, medical assistant, ambulance driver EMT waiter in restaurant, radio announcer, auctioneer, etc and now my dream job PREACHING TO THE NATIONS.

3. Once I had 3 jobs at one time wow was I tired.

4. Be self disciplined, self motivated, keep positive, stay on course, do not let anything or anyone discourage you be positive keep filled with the Word, Praise on your lips when discouragement tries to come begin to shout praise to God, start singing and go bless someone.

D. Be a giver even in your situation, give yourself into a job
1. As soon as you get your money do the following.

2. 10% to your church you attend, 5 % offering so your money will multiply, 10 % into a saving account. DISCPLINE YOUR SELF PEOPLE.

3. Get a BUDGET for your home now where every cent of your money is gone. LEARN TO SAY NO TO YOURSELF, YOUR SPOUSE, CHILDEREN AND TO PEOPLE WHO ARE LAZY THAT INCLUDES RELATIVES NO WORKY NO EATY

4. Read books on budget, ask questions from people who handle money wisely, STOP SPENDING MONEY AVOID CREDIT CARDS

5. Remember smart people ask questions and stupid people remain stupid because they do not ask how to better themselves.

E. Be the BEST WORKER.

1. Come early leave late; always work as unto the Lord and the Lord will promote you. You are not just working for that company but for the Lord.

2. Show the fruits of the Spirit at your place you work. ACT LIKE A WINNER IN JESUS. Your attitude determines your altitude

F. This to shall pass away things will change PRAISE GOD.

1. You need to have a target a goal if you do not you will not hit anything.

2. Goal to be a leader where you work or start your own business, learn, read, library be a learner.

G. Remember now that you are a Christian you are in the Government of God.

1. If you look at the government of this world you will get depressed, news is usually bad news that’s why I read the Bible good news to knock down the bad news of this world system.

2. Do NOT BE A COMPLAINER

H. Be POSITIVE FEED ON THE WORD OF GOD YOUR IN SPIRITUAL WARFARE.

1. Phil 4:8 Psalm 40:5 Jeremiah 28:11 Psalm 29:11

2. You will get your dream job or your dream business, I loosen it for you in Jesus name.

I NOW WHAT.

1. Repeat everyday what I just told you to do.

2. Fresh Testimony:
The other day Ramona got a call from someone , this person had put out applications for work and was not getting any calls. She called Ramona for pray and as Ramona was praying a business was calling this person, they put Ramona on hold and came back and said to Ramona that she had just been hired, get this gal named her own price for her hourly payment and they gave it to her, with a promise of a $2.00 hr raise in 6 months.

2. Jeremiah 33:1 and Isaiah 65:24

Praise Report: In this last week we have seen well over 75 people get the Baptism of the Holy Spirit Praise God. This is because of your prayers and support of this ministry. Thank you so much.

Hola Amigos,

Esta mañana mientras me levantaba, el Señor me habló y me dijo que escribiera esto para ayudar a la gente a conseguir trabajo.

A. Cambia tu mente.

1. Efesios 4: 17-24 Ten  la mente de Cristo en tu situación.

B. Aquí esta plan para un desempleado.

1. LEVANTATE!! A LAS 6:00 AM.  Bañate y vístete.
6:30 to 7:30 Ora y estudia la Biblia.
7:30 Desayuna y ten un devocional familiar.
8:00 A.M. Busca un trabajo y llena solicitudes, ve todas las posibilidades, toca puertas y no desistas. ESTAS EN UNA GUERRA ESPIRITUAL.

2. Durante este tiempo, preguntale a tu pastor is hay algo que puedas hacer por el, por la Iglesia, gente anciana en la Iglesia, viudas, minusválidos, etc. Dedicate al Señor de la 1pm a las 5pm como una ofrenda. ACTUA COMO SI TUVIERAS UN TRABAJO, MANTENTE LIMPIO Y BIEN VESTIDO TODO EL TIEMPO.

3. A las  5:30 PM  ve a tu casa a cenar y pasar tiempo con tu familia, pasar tiempo con ellos los confortará, ve a la Iglesia esa noche, solo mira programas cristianos en la television, películas que te inspiren, lee libros que te inspiren y hagan que tu fe crezca. NO PIERDAS TU TIEMPO ESCUCHANDO BASURA O ESCUCHANDO A GENTE QUE NO VALE LA PENA.

C. Cualquier cosa que venga a tus manos, hazlo. NO SEAS FLOJO.

1.  Pidele al Espíritu Santo que te guíe. El tiene un lugar perfecto para trabajar. Lánzate por la luna, esta bien si solo atinas a las estrellas.

2. A veces tienes que hacer lo que tienes que hacer, hazlo. Aquí una lista de trabajos que tuve antes de tener el trabajo de mis sueños, IR A LAS NACIONES.
Ordeñe vacas, trabaje en una granja, cortar pastos, vender ropa en JC Penney, destazar vacas, guardia de seguridad, asistente medico, chofer de una ambulancia, mesero, locator de radio, etc, y ahora el trabajo de mis sueños PREDICARLE A LAS NACIONES.

3. Una vez tuve 3 trabajos a la vez, wow estaba muy cansado.

4. Sé Disciplinado, motivate, sé positive, mantente en la línea, no dejes que nada ni nadie the desánime, llénate de la palabra, adora cuando el desénimo trate de venire a ti, alaba a Dios empieza a cantar y bendice a alguien.

D. Sé un dador aunque estes pasando una situación difícil, date a un trabajo.
1. En cuanto tengas dinero, has lo siguiente:

2. 10% a tu Iglesia, 5 %  de ofrenda para que tu dinero se multiplique, 10 % a tu cuenta de ahorro. DISCIPLINATE.

3. Ten un presupuesto para tu casa, fíjate a donde se esta yendo tu dinero. APRENDE A DECIR QUE A TI MISMO, A TU ESPOSA (O), TUS HIJOS Y A LA GENTE FLOJA AUNQUE SEA LA FAMILIA. SI NO TRABAJA, NO COME.

4. Lee libros de como administrar tu dinero, pregunta como manejar tu dinero con sabiduría. PARA DE GASTAR DINERO, Y TRATA DE NO USAR TARJETAS DE CREDITO.

5. Recuerda, la gente lista pregunta y la gente tonta se queda tonta porque no preguntan como mejorarse.

E. Se el MEJOR TRABAJADOR.

1. Llega temprano, y vete tarde; siempre trabaja como si fuera para el Señor, y el Señor te va a promover. No solo estas trabajando para la compañía sino para el Señor.

2. Muestra los frutos del Espíritu en tu trabajo. ACTUA COMO UN GANADOR EN JESUS. Tu actitud determina tu altitud.

F. Para que las cosas cambien ALABA A DIOS.

1. Necesitas tener un objetivo o una meta sino no le vas a pegar a nada.

2. Objetivo se un l?íder donde trabajas o en tu propio negocio, aprende, lee, aprende.

G. Recuerda que ahora como cristiano, tu estas en el gobierno de Dios.

1. Si tu ves el gobierno de este mundo te puedes deprimir, las noticias regularmente son malas, es por eso que yo leo la Biblia, buenas noticias para acabar con las malas de este sistema.

2.  NO TE QUEJES.

H. Se POSITIVO, ALIMENTATE EN LA PALABRA DE DIOS, ESTAS EN UNA GUERRA ESPIRITUAL.

1. Filipenses 4:8 Salmo 40:5 Jeremías 28:11 Salmo 29:11

2. Tu tendrás el trabajo de tus sueños o tu negocio soñado. Yo lo suelto en el nombre de JESUS.

Y AHORA.

1. Repite cada día lo que te dije que hicieras.

2. Testimonio:
El otro día Ramona recibió una llamada de una persona que había entragado varias solicitudes de trabajo, pero no le habían llamado de ninguna parte. Ella llamó a Ramona para que Ramona orará con ella, mientra oraban una compañía le habló, puso a Ramono en espera, y después le dijo que la habían contratado, ella pidió la cantidad de su sueldo y se lo dieron, con una promesa de aumento de $2.00 por hora en seis meses.

Reporte: En esta semana, hemos visto como alrededor de 75 personas has sido llenos del Espíirtu Santo, Gloria a Dios. Esto es porque sus oraciones y el apoyo al ministerio. Muchas gracias.
